Adult 12 Program

The Adult 12 program permits eligible students to obtain Grade 12 standing by successfully completing the following courses (total of 7) without having prerequisites: 
 
  • English A30
  • English B30
  • History 30 or Native Studies 30
  • One 20 or 30 level math:                                                                 
    • Workplace & Apprenticeship Math 20 or 30
    • Foundations Math 20 or 30
    • Pre-Calculus Math 20 or 30
    • Calculus 30
  • One 20 or 30 level science:
    • Environmental Science 20
    • Computer Science 20
    • Physical Science 20
    • Biology 30
    • Earth Science 30
    • Chemistry 30
    • Physics 30
    • Computer Science 30
  • Two grade 12 electives:                                                                                                       
    • Law 30
    • Psychology 30
    • Food Studies 30
    • Interior Design 30
    • Mental Wellness 30
    • Agriculture 30
 
Who is eligible?
  • Individuals 18 years of age who have been out of school for at least one year.
  • A maximum of one prior learning credit may be used as part of the seven credits required for completion of an Adult 12.
